Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Answer Right AI client portal (the “Service”). By signing in, you agree to them.

What the service does

The Service provides a web dashboard that displays and updates data stored in your organization’s Airtable base. We are a tool, not a data controller — you own the data you store and edit through it.

Your account

• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all actions taken from your account.
• Do not share your account, circumvent rate limits, or attempt to access data that does not belong to your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

Availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantees of uninterrupted service. The Service may be offline for maintenance, upstream provider issues, or other reasons. Your data lives in Airtable and remains available there regardless.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answer Right AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms or for security reasons.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or via email.
