Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
Answer Right AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this client portal. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, name, and authentication data. Handled by our auth provider Clerk.
- Workspace data: records from your organization’s Airtable base (contacts, call logs, notes, and related fields). You control this data in Airtable; we read and update it on your behalf.
- Operational metadata: rate-limit counters keyed to your user ID, and server logs for diagnostics.
Why we collect it
- To authenticate you and show only your organization’s data.
- To provide the dashboard features (viewing, editing records).
- To prevent abuse (rate limiting, CSRF protection).
Where it lives
- Clerk (authentication, user profiles, organization membership) — see clerk.com/privacy.
- Airtable (all record data) — see airtable.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare (app hosting, edge caching) — see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Upstash Redis (short-term rate limiting only, no personal data) — see upstash.com/privacy.
Data we do NOT collect
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
- We do not send your data to AI models or any other service outside those listed above.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Workspace data persists in Airtable as long as you keep it there. Server logs are kept up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing andrew@answerright.ai. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
